Right of Withdrawal

Customers of NIVELLE PARFUM have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

• The withdrawal period starts from the day the customer receives the product.
• The customer must notify NIVELLE PARFUM in writing (via email or contact form) about the decision to withdraw.
• A standard withdrawal form can be used or a clear statement may be provided.

Product Return Conditions:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
• For health and hygiene reasons, returns of opened, used, or unsealed products are not accepted.

Return Costs:

• The return shipping cost is borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing the Withdrawal:

• The refund will be made once the returned items have been received and inspected by our warehouse.
• The refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.
